19 year young man has been charged with capital murder for opening fire during an argument Sunday at a bar on the Museum Reach portion of the San Antonio River.People had come to see a live concert when a dispute broke out between a group of guys and gunshots followed leaving two people dead and five other injured forth rest of their lives. I still cant understand why people take guns to a place of fun. “Meaningless”
